For your convenience there are two options you may choose from.
Option number 1 does not include any supplies.
You may have all the necessary supplies and equipment at home and that will lower your cost.
Option number 2 we will supply all necessary supplies. Due to the pandemic, supplies are currently not be delivered.
CAN I BOOK RECURRING CLEANING SERVICES WITH THE SAME CLEANING CONSULTANT?
Strictly the Best Cleaning Services can not guarantee that the same cleaning consultant will be assigned to your cleaning. What we can assure you is that every cleaning will be done in the same professional manner, each and every single time.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOUR CLEANING CONSULTANTS COME TO DO MY HOUSE CLEANING?
Most of our clients are present for the first cleaning, others make sure we have access to their homes and apartments. If you choose not to leave a key with Strictly the Best Cleaning, special arrangements would be made to accommodate your needs.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY SCHEDULED CLEANING?
Our friendly staff will call, text or email to remind you of your cleaning. Due to the advanced scheduling of the cleaning consultants, should you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we would appreciate the same courtesy. Give us a call at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning if cancellation is needed.
HOW TO REQUEST A RE-CLEAN?
Clients can request a re-clean by email (email@example.com) or by phone 212-913-9925. Re-Cleans are only accepted once the cleaning was completed 24 hours prior to the request.
There is no limit to how many re-cleans a client may ask for, but if every clean is a re-clean for you, then the service provided is not the problem.
I HAVE PETS IN MY APARTMENT – IS THAT A PROBLEM?
Pets can be in the home but out of the cleaners way, and unfriendly pets should be kept outside or locked up.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?
Payment is accepted on the day of each visit. All of our first time cleanings must pay by Credit Cards. Strictly the Best Cleaning Services, Corp. does not accept cash payments. Thereafter, we can accept checks or credit cards. When paying by check, the checks must be mailed out a week in advance so that payment can be cleared by the day of the scheduled cleaning. Checks are made payable to “Strictly the Best Cleaning Services”. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
If a client chooses to pay by check, the check must be cleared and cashed by the day of your cleaning service appointment.
If you are paying by credit card, the card is charged the day of the appointment once our cleaning consultants inform the company that they are on site.
You can also pay using Zelle.
Strictly the Best Cleaning Services, Corp. does accept cash payments but one of the management team will be there to pick up the payment.
SHOULD I TIP THE CLEANING CONSULTANT?
Tipping is not required but clients do it all the time. If you want to give them cash or check it is entirely up to you. Tipping a consultant shows them you are satisfied with their work and you appreciate what they have done for you.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN THE CLEANERS ARRIVE?
We only hire experienced workers who have the right to work in the United States. All of our professional house cleaning consultants are required to undergo training and an evaluation before joining our team.
Our teams work 7 days a week, and can start as early as 7 a.m. to as late as midnight.
Because no two homes are the same, cleaning thoroughly sometimes means staying a little longer than usual to give your home some extra attention. Our teams spend the time needed to provide you with the best possible results. So if your home needs an extra hour, one of the cleaning consultants calls in to arrange the extra time needed.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER OUR HOUSECLEANING SERVICE
After the initial visit, a Strictly the Best Cleaning Services representative will follow up, asking for feedback on the service.
If we don’t meet your expectations, we’ll come back and fulfill our guarantee. Just notify us within 24 hours about any issue at all, including any oversight or misunderstanding regarding the execution of your cleaning plan.
If something is damaged during the course of a cleaning, we’ll replace the damaged item.
